摘　　要：创伤性疾病严重威胁着人民健康,目前创伤性疾病救治流程中依然存在很多痛点,创伤患者的诊疗效率及就医体验仍然有很大的提升空间。中西医协同诊治是我国医疗卫生工作的核心方针,两者协同诊治可以发挥互相的优势,扬长避短,其中芳香疗法历史悠久。上海市同济医院创伤中心以中医芳香疗法作为突破点,建设面向创伤性疾病的“中医芳香病房”,为创伤患者提供更优化、更全面、更有效、更舒适的诊疗体系。本文从创伤救治痛点、创伤性疾病中西医协同诊治优势、中医芳香疗法概况、“中医芳香病房”实践四个方面系统阐述,旨在打破创伤救治领域的中西医融合壁垒,从关注局部回归到整体,从躯体修复为主上升到身心乃至社会性的整体康复,探索并实践创伤性疾病中西医协同诊治新道路。Traumatic diseases pose a significant threat to public health.Currently,there are numerous challenges in the treatment process of traumatic diseases,and there is considerable room for improvement in the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment as well as the overall medical experience for trauma patients.The collaborative diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine represents a fundamental principle in China's healthcare system.This approach leverages their respective strengths,mitigates weaknesses,and draws on the extensive history of aromatherapy.Shanghai Tongji Hospital's Trauma Center has pioneered a"Traditional Chinese Aromatherapy Ward"for traumatic diseases,aiming to provide trauma patients with an optimized,comprehensive,effective,and comfortable diagnosis and treatment system.This paper systematically elucidates the pain points in trauma treatment,highlights the advantages of collaborative TCM-Western medicine diagnosis and treatment for traumatic diseases,outlines TCM aromatherapy practices,and presents the implementation of a"TCM Aromatherapy Ward."Its objective is to break down barriers hindering integration between TCM and Western medicine in trauma treatment while exploring new approaches for collaborative diagnosis and treatment.
