摘　　要：目的:探讨胃苏颗粒联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊对老年功能性消化不良(FD)患者的临床疗效和成本效果。方法:将80例FD患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者给以双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗,观察组给以双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合胃苏颗粒治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状缓解时间、胃肠激素[胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)],应用成本-效果分析法分析治疗方案的成本效果。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率、血清MTL、GAS水平和卡氏功能状态评分高于对照组,中医证候积分低于对照组,症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者成本-效果比高于对照组。结论:胃苏颗粒联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊对老年FD患者疗效确切,能改善患者的胃肠激素水平,虽然联合用药的治疗成本高于单一用药,但整体的效价比良好,具有一定的应用价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and cost-effectiveness of Weisu granules combined with Bifidobacterium triple viable capsules in the treatment of elderly with functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:Eighty FD patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 40 cases each.The control group were given Bifidobacterium triple viable capsules,while the observation group were given Bifidobacterium triple viable capsules combined with Weisu granules,and the clinical efficacy,symptom relief time,and gastrointestinal hormone levels[gastric motility(MTL),gastrin(GAS)]were compared between the two groups,and the cost-effectiveness of this treatment regimen was analyzed by cost-effectiveness analysis method.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate,serum MTL and GAS levels and Karnofsky performance status scores were higher,the TCM syndrome scores were lower,and the symptom relief time was shorter in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The cost-effectiveness ratio of patients was higher in the observation group than the control group.Conclusion:The efficacy of Weisu granules combined with Bifidobacterium triple viable capsules for the elderly with FD is significant,which can improve the gastrointestinal hormone level of patients.Although the therapeutic cost of the combination is higher than that of a single drug,the overall cost-effectiveness ratio is good,and it has a certain application value.
