摘  要:目的:观察超声线阵探头定位技术运用于椎管内麻醉的临床效果。方法:选择行椎管内麻醉手术患者86例,按随机数字表法分成A、B两组,各43例,A组用超声线阵探头定位技术穿刺,B组用传统触摸解剖标志定位穿刺。比较两组皮肤穿刺成功率、操作时间、不良反应发生率。结果:A组一次皮肤穿刺成功率、二次皮肤穿刺成功率高于B组,穿刺时间、定位时间短于B组,不良反应发生率低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:超声线阵探头定位技术应用于椎管内麻醉操作时间短,可提高穿刺成功率,减少皮肤穿刺次数和不良反应发生。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ultrasound linear array probe positioning technology for neuraxial anesthesia.Methods:Eighty-six patients who underwent elective lower abdominal surgery under neuraxial anesthesia were selected and divided into group A and B with 43 patients each based on the random number table method.Group A was punctured with ultrasound linear array probe positioning technology,while group B with traditional touch anatomical landmarks.The success rate of skin puncture,the operation time and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rates of the first and second skin punctures were higher,the time for operation and probe positioning was shorter and the incidence of adverse reactions was less in group A than group B(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The ultrasonic linear array probe positioning technology for neuraxial anesthesia can improve the success rate of puncture and reduce the times for skin puncture and the incidence of adverse reactions with shorter operation time.
