氢溴酸山莨菪碱片与贝前列腺素钠片治疗缺血性糖尿病足临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨氢溴酸山莨菪碱片与贝前列腺素钠片治疗缺血性糖尿病足的临床效果,并分析用药安全性。方法选取2020年8月至2021年10月收治的缺血性糖尿病足患者93例,按治疗方法分为观察组47例和对照组46例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予贝前列腺素钠片,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予氢溴酸山莨菪碱片。比较2组临床疗效、足背动脉内径和血流速度、创面新生肉芽时间及愈合时间,检测2组肝、肾功能指标及血糖相关指标。结果观察组总有效率[95.74%(45/47)]高于对照组[86.96%(40/46)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后足背动脉内径比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组足背动脉血流速度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组创面新生肉芽时间及愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后天冬氨酸转氨酶、丙氨酸转氨酶、血肌酐比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后血糖相关指标水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合氢溴酸山莨菪碱片治疗缺血性糖尿病足临床疗效更好,且不增加不良反应,临床用药安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Anisodamine Hydrobromide tablets and Prostaglandin Sodium tablets in the treatment of ischemic diabetic foot,and to analyze the safety of drug use.Methods A total of 93 patients with ischemic diabetic foot admitted from August 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(n=47)and control group(n=46)according to treatment methods.The control group was given Prostaglandin Sodium tablets on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was given Anisodamine Hydrobromide tablets on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,internal diameter and blood flow velocity of dorsal foot artery,time of new granulation and healing of wound were compared,and hepatic and renal function indexes and blood glucose related indexes were detected between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group[95.74%(45/47)]was higher than that of control group[86.96%(40/46)],suggesting significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the diameter of dorsal foot artery between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),but the blood flow velocity of dorsal foot artery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of new granulation and healing of wound in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in aspartate transaminase,alanine aminotransferase and serum creatinine between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The levels of blood glucose-related indexes in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Conventional treatment combined with Anisodamine Hydrobromide tablets in the treatment of ischemic diabetic feet has better clinical efficacy,without increasing adverse reactions,and has better safety of clinical drug use.
