六经针法联合西药治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探究六经针法联合西药治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者的效果及安全性。方法 选取2023年3月至2024年3月收治的106例KOA患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各53例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用六经针法辅助常规西药治疗。比较2组临床疗效、不良反应及治疗前后中医证候积分、关节功能、生存质量、步态参数、凝血功能、血清炎性因子水平。结果 观察组总有效率[94.34%(50/53)]高于对照组[79.25%(42/53)],中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后关节功能、步态参数、生存质量评分改善程度优于对照组,活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间高于对照组,纤维蛋白原及C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。2组均无明显不良反应。结论 六经针法辅助西药治疗老年KOA效果确切,安全性良好。Objective To explore the effect and safety of six-channel acupuncture combined with Western medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods In total,106 patients with KOA treated from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into observation group(n=53)and control group(n=53)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was trea-ted with six-channel acupuncture assisted with conventional Western medicine.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,tradi-tional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,joint function,quality of life,gait parameters,coagulation function and se-rum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group[9434%(50/53)]was higher than that of the control group[7925%(42/53)],while the TCM syndrome score was low-er than that of the control group(P<005).After treatment,the improvement of joint function,gait parameters and quality of life score in observation group was better than that in control group,activated partial thromboplatin time,thrombin time and prothrombin time were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of fibrinogen,C reactive protein,interleukin-1β,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αwere lower than those in control group(P<005,P<001).There were no obvi-ous adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Six-channel acupuncture assisted with Western medicine is effective in the treatment of KOA in the elderly,with good safety.
