摘　　要：推动中国数字经济和实体经济深度融合,客观上要求建立一个能够研判两者融合情况的分析框架。对接国民经济核算体系,建立中国数字经济再生产过程投入产出表,在一个统一框架下纳入数字经济部门和实体经济部门,量化分析两者的融合基础和融合程度。研究发现:(1)我国数字经济产业占GDP的比重从14.35%增长到17.76%,样本期增长幅度为同期GDP的两倍多,说明我国数字经济和实体经济的深度融合存在坚实的赋能力量和融合基础;(2)我国数字经济和实体经济的融合程度不断加深,说明数字经济对实体经济的赋能和融合在加速;(3)数字经济内部各部门之间的需求拉动和供给推动作用均以间接作用为主,直接作用效果不强,说明数字经济产业内部融合需要加强。研究结果对深刻理解我国数字经济和实体经济之间关系、为推动我国数字经济和实体经济的深度融合提供了学理支持。To promote the deep integration of China’s digital economy and real economy,it objectively requires the establishment of an analytical framework that can assess the integration of the two.This article connects with the national economic accounting system,establishes an input-output table for the reproduction process of China’s digital economy,and integrates the digital economy sector and the real economy sector under a unified framework to quantitatively analyze the integration basis and degree of the two.Research has found that:(1)The proportion of China’s digital economy industry to GDP has increased from 14.35%to 17.76%,with a sample period growth rate more than twice that of the same period’s GDP.The deep integration of China’s digital economy and real economy has a solid empowerment and integration foundation.(2)The continuous deepening of the integration between China’s digital economy and the real economy indicates that the empowerment and integration of the digital economy on the real economy are accelerating.(3)The demand and supply driving effects among various departments within the digital economy are mainly indirect,and the direct effect is not strong,indicating that the integration within the digital economy industry needs to be strengthened.This article provides theoretical support for a profound understanding of the relationship between China’s digital economy and real economy.
