摘　　要：为深入贯彻文化数字化战略,探索高校图书馆数字化转型问题,赋能我国高等教育的高质量发展,第十七届图书馆管理与服务创新论坛以“传承·创新:文化数字化战略下高校图书馆发展之路”为主题,通过专家主旨报告、开放式研讨、专题论坛、优秀论文案例报告、图书馆新生力量报告等形式展开研讨,深入交流文化数字化战略下高校图书馆面临的发展机遇与挑战。文章对本次论坛的内容进行了综述,旨在分享学界与业界的最新理论成果与实践案例,探索文化数字化战略下高校图书馆高质量发展的新思路。To implement the cultural digitalization strategy,explore the digital transformation of university libraries,and empower the high-quality development of higher education in China,the 17th Creative Forum for Library Management and Service was held with the theme“Inheritance and Innovation:The Path of University Library Development under the Cultural Digitalization Strategy”.Through expert keynote speeches,open seminars,special forums,excellent paper case reports,and reports from young professions in libraries,the forum engaged in discussions and exchanges on the development opportunities and challenges faced by university libraries under the cultural digitalization strategy.The article reviewed the content of this forum,aiming to share the latest theoretical achievements and practical cases of academia and industry,and explore new ideas for the high-quality development of university libraries under the cultural digitalization strategy.Through text analysis,this article finds that the forum content mainly involves four aspects:the reshaping of the library's role in the digital and intelligent era,the evolution of services in the new academic ecosystem,new actions in cultural inheritance and dissemination,and new contributions in educational integration and reading promotion.Some experts believe that digital transformation requires libraries to optimize digital resource construction,improve service levels,and scientifically evaluate their own contributions to enhance efficiency and innovation capabilities.Some experts suggest that in the new academic ecosystem,libraries should strengthen the construction of knowledge infrastructure,explore new services,and enhance their ability to adapt to changes.Some experts point out that as an important institution for cultural inheritance,libraries can promote cultural exchange,spread Chinese culture,and play a role in cultural education through cultural digital resource services.In the face of the new era,experts also suggest that libraries need to focus on the constructio
