广东“小三线”军工厂的聚散起落——以南江机械厂为中心

摘　　要：南江机械厂是原广东海南建立的第一个“小三线”军工厂,在六七十年代有过两轮建设高潮。改革开放后,国家战略转移,计划经济向市场经济发展,小三线建设地位剧降。1988年4月海南设省和经济特区,广东将在琼的小三线企业移交海南管理,南江机械厂日渐式微。该厂通过开发新品、搬迁出山、开办分厂、联营办厂等方式希冀自我救赎,却终因海岛限制、领导不力、人才流失、资金缺乏、内部矛盾等多种原因而败退。作为海南、广东乃至全国小三线军工厂的缩影,南江机械厂聚散起落背后反映出明显的时代特征。Nanjiang Machinery Factory is thefirst small third-line military factory established in Hainan.It had two rounds of construction climax in the 1960s and 1970s.After the reform and opening up,as the national strategy was transferred from the planned economy to the market economy,the status of small third-line construction fell sharply.In April 1988,Hainan set a provincial and special economic zone,Guangdong transferred the small three-line enterprise in Qiong to Hainan management,Nanjiang Machinery Factory was fading with each passing day.The factory hoped to redeem itself by developing new products,moving out of the mountain,opening branch factories,joint operation and so on.However,due to the island restrictions,ineffective leadership,brain drain,lack of funds,internal contradictions and other reasons,the factory was eliminatedfinally.As the epitome of Hainan,Guangdong and even the whole country's small third-line construction,the rise and fall of Nanjiang Machinery Factory reflects the obvious characteristics of the times.
