陆素琴教授治疗舌痹病的学术思想总结及验案举隅

摘　　要：舌痹是指舌体麻木或疼痛的一种感知觉异常的病症,相当于西医的“灼口综合征”“舌痛症”等。陆素琴教授在多年的临床实践中发现,舌痹病患者通常伴有不同程度的情志异常,中医认为心主神志,悲哀忧愁则心动,另舌为心之苗,所以心神失养易迁及舌本,而生舌痹,故考虑舌痹的致病因素或与精神情志有关。陆师在“天人相应”的整体观、“三辨结合”的辩证观、“以平为期”的治疗观的学术思想指导下,采用辨人、辨天、辨病症的辨证理念,四诊合参,以中药内服联合龙砂开阖六气针法的治疗方法,针药结合,以达损其有余、补之不足的治疗原则,并在临床诊疗舌痹中取得了显著疗效,现将其辨证思路结合临床案例总结介绍。Tongue arthralgia refers to numbness or pain in the tongue,which is equivalent to"burning mouth syndrome"and"tongue pain"in western medicine.Professor Lu Suqin has found in many years’clinical practice that patients with tongue arthralgia are usually accompanied by emotional abnormalities of different degrees.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the mind controls the emotion,and sadness and sorrow lead to heart palpitations.Additionally,the tongue is the seedling of the heart,so the loss of mental nourishment can easily affect the tongue itself,leading to tongue arthralgia.Therefore,it is considered that the pathogenic factors of tongue arthralgia may be related to mental and emotional states.Under the academic guidance of the holistic view of"correspondence between man and nature",the dialectical view of"combination of three distinctions"and the therapeutic view of"treating with peace and duration",professor Lu adopts the dialectical concept of distinguishing between people,distinguishing between nature,and distinguishing between diseases,as well as the method of combining the four diagnostic methods.Professor Lu’s treatment method is oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Longsha Kaihe Six Qi Acupuncture to achieve the combination of acupuncture and medicine,so as to achieve the treatment principle of damaging its surplus and supplementing its deficiency.It has achieved significant therapeutic effects in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of tongue arthralgia.Now,the dialectical thinking combined with clinical cases is summarized and introduced as follows.
