异丙醇对昆明小鼠的急性经口毒性研究

摘　　要：目的探究异丙醇的急性经口毒性(LD 50),为其毒理学安全性评价提供数据支持。方法选用昆明小鼠分别使用霍恩法(剂量为2150 mg/kg BW、4640 mg/kg BW、10000 mg/kg BW、15700 mg/kg BW)和寇氏法(剂量为1000 mg/kg BW、1445 mg/kg BW、2138 mg/kg BW、3162 mg/kg BW、4751 mg/kg BW、6761 mg/kg BW、10000 mg/kg BW)进行异丙醇急性经口毒性试验。结果异丙醇对雄性和雌性昆明小鼠的急性经口LD50值均为6810 mg/kg BW(霍恩法);对雌性昆明小鼠急性经口LD 50值为5668 mg/kg BW,对雄性昆明小鼠急性经口LD 50值为6408 mg/kg BW(95%可信限5591~7344 mg/kg BW)(寇氏法)。结论异丙醇按照化学品毒性分级为低毒。Objective To investigate the acute oral toxicity(LD50)of iso-propyl alcohol and provide data support for its toxicological safety evaluation.Methods The acute oral toxicity test of iso-propyl alcohol was performed in KM mice by Horn's method(dose:2150,4640,10000,15700 mg/kg BW)and Karber's method(dose:1000,1445,2138,3162,4751,6761,10000 mg/kg BW).Results The acute oral LD50 value of iso-propyl alcohol for both male and female KM mice was 6810 mg/kg BW(Horn's method).The acute oral LD50 for female KM mice was 5668 mg/kg BW,and for male KM mice,it was 6408 mg/kg BW(95%confidence interval 5591-7344 mg/kg BW)(Karber's method).Conclusions Iso-propyl alcohol is classified as low toxicity according to chemical toxicity classification.
