摘 要:为了防止金属管道外壁腐蚀对管道运行安全造成影响,调研了在役金属管道外壁处理方式,并通过分析管道外表面处理设备,设计出一种集除锈、喷漆于一体且具有自动控制功能的除锈喷漆设备,以解决不同腐蚀等级及多工况金属管道的除锈及喷漆问题。该文利用Inventor软件进行结构设计,对除锈模块、动力模块、喷漆模块各部件进行了设计,使设备能够适配管道法兰及弯管等典型附件,并对关键部件进行了强度校核。此外,还对无保温层及非直埋的所有在役管线进行了二次表面处理,以提高金属管道的防腐性能及使用寿命。In order to prevent corrosion of the external surface of metal pipelines from affecting the safety of pipeline operation,research was conducted on the treatment methods of the external surface of in-service pipelines.By analyzing the surface treatment equipment of pipelines,a rust removal and painting equipment with automatic control function was designed,which integrates rust removal and painting in one;this solves the problem of rust removal and painting for pipelines with different corrosion levels and multiple working conditions in existing technology.Structural design on the rust removal module,power module and painting module components is conducted by using the Inventor software so as to enable the equipment to pass through typical attachments such as pipeline flanges and bends;and strength verification on the key component is then carried out.By performing secondary surface treatment on pipelines without insulation layer and those not directly buried in service,the anti-corrosion performance and service life of pipelines can be improved.
