摘  要:凝汽器的冷凝管在长期运行过程中会出现泥沙垢、生物沉积,进而影响凝汽器的换热能力。文章针对某电厂海水冷却机组设计了一种基于水射流的海水型凝汽器在线清洗机器人,并成功将某应用于某300 MW机组的凝汽器。通过对清洗前后凝汽器运行参数的分析得出:海水型凝汽器在线清洗机器人投运后水阻同比降低0.04 kPa,真空同比提高1.01 kPa。该设计不仅可以有效提高冷凝管的洁净程度,还能提高凝汽器的换热效率及运行经济性。The cleanliness of the condenser directly affects the heat transfer capacity of the condenser,and long-term operation of the condenser often results in sediment and biological deposits.For the seawater cooling units of a certain power plant,a marine-type condenser online cleaning robot was designed and successfully applied to a 300 MW unit condenser.By analyzing the operating parameters of the condenser before and after cleaning,the marine-type condenser online cleaning robot reduced the water resistance by 0.04 kPa and increased the vacuum by 1.01 kPa after the operation.The design can effectively improve the cleanliness of the condenser tubes and improve the heat transfer efficiency and efficiency of the condenser.
