国际中文教学资源工程化建设的实质、实践与实现

摘　　要：国际中文教学资源的工程化建设是运用系统工程的原理与方法,在需求引领下,明确资源建设目标和服务对象,并遵循一定的规范和标准,采用集成构建的方式,有组织、流程化、动态优化地实施建设目标实现过程中的一系列相关活动。价值性、建构性、集成性、规范性是其主要特征。国际中文教学资源的工程化建设可以从宏观、中观、微观三个层面加以实现:加强宏观规划,实施科学决策,促进组织协同;追求建设效率,提升产品效益,推进产业发展;注重系统构建,强化适用优先,重视创编特色。The engineering construction of international Chinese teaching resources is to use the principles and methods of system engineering,under the guidance of demand,clarify the objectives and service objects of resource construction,follow certain norms and standards,adopt the integrated construction method,and implement a series of related activities in the process of realizing the goals in an organized,streamlined and dynamic way.Value,construction,integration and standardization are its main characteristics.The engineering construc-tion of international Chinese teaching resources can be realized from macro,meso and micro levels:strengthen macro planning,implement scientific decision-making and promote organizational collaboration;Pursue con-struction efficiency,improve product efficiency and promote industrial development;Pay attention to system con-struction,strengthen the application of priority and pay attention to the characteristics of creation.
