摘　　要：随着家庭智能化应用越来越多,人们对宽带网络的依赖程度越来越高。同时,直播、在线教育等实时交互类高清视频业务迅速发展,优质的移动家宽体验成为了影响用户满意度的核心因素。本文以OLT算力板采集的用户流量数据为基础,构建家宽质差用户支撑体系,实现家宽质差用户及网络异常的主动发现,有利于主动发现潜在投诉用户,降低用户投诉率并提升用户满意度。With the increasing application of home intelligence,people's dependence on broadband networks is becoming higher and higher.At the same time,real-time interactive high-defi nition video services such as live streaming and online education have rapidly developed,and high-quality mobile home experience has become a core factor aff ecting user satisfaction.Based on the user traffi c data collected by the OLT computing power board,this article constructs a support system for home wide and low-quality users,realizing the active discovery of home wide and low-quality users and network anomalies,which is conducive to actively discovering potential complaint users,reducing user complaint rates,and improving user satisfaction.
