摘　　要：新质生产力是以新技术深化应用为驱动,以新产业、新业态和新模式快速涌现为重要特征,进而构建起新型社会生产关系和社会制度体系的生产力。本文结合国内通信设计行业某头部企业的数智化转型升级核心路径,围绕业务改造及生产关系匹配、IT建设及架构演进、推广策略及评估、关键技术应用等方面,系统阐述了该企业从实际出发、因地制宜培育适合自身业务特点的新质生产力的思路方法和实践成果。New productive force is driven by the deepening application of new technologies,characterized by the rapid emergence of new industries,new formats,and new models,and thus constructs a new type of social production relations and social institutional system.This article combines the core path of digital transformation and upgrading of a leading enterprise in the domestic communication design industry,focusing on business transformation and production relationship matching,IT construction and architecture evolution,promotion strategies and evaluation,key technology applications,etc.It systematically elaborates on the enterprise's ideas,methods,and practical achievements in cultivating new productive force suitable for its own business characteristics based on reality and local conditions.
