摘　　要：针对制造企业数字化转型中面临的“信息孤岛”、数据口径不一致和业务协作难等痛点,本文提出一种基于信息互联的数字工厂顶层设计。以某离散型制造企业为例,介绍数字工厂的建设方案,通过建设信息集成平台,实现系统的集成、数据的贯通和共享,在此基础上再建设数字化应用,打造数据驱动、互联互通的数字工厂,在提升企业生产效率、提升产品质量和降低运营成本等方面取得了良好的成效。A top-level design for a digital factory based on information interconnection is proposed to address the pain points faced by manufacturing enterprises in digital transformation,such as"information silos",inconsistent data calibers,and difficult business collaboration.Then,taking a discrete manufacturing enterprise as an example,the construction scheme of a digital factory is introduced.Through the construction of an information integration platform,system integration,data connectivity,and sharing are achieved.Based on this,digital applications are built to create a data-driven and interconnected digital factory,which has achieved good results in improving enterprise production effi ciency,enhancing product quality,and reducing operating costs.
