摘　　要：随着互联网技术的飞速发展,“互联网+”已经成为推动各行各业现代化的重要力量。在科技成果转化领域,“互联网+”提供了一个独特的框架,旨在通过数字化手段加快科技成果的商业化和市场化过程。基于此,详细地设计了基于“互联网+”的科技成果转化技术交易平台,包括平台的设计目标与原则、总体框架与模块划分、技术架构与实现方案,并深入探讨了用户管理、项目发布与管理、技术交易与评估、数据分析与决策支持等关键功能模块的设计与实现,旨在为科技成果的有效转化提供系统的解决方案。With the rapid development of Internet technology,"Internet+"has become an important force to pro⁃mote the modernization of all walks of life.In the field of transformation of scientific and technological achieve⁃ments,"Internet+"provides a unique framework,aiming to accelerate the commercialization and marketization pro⁃cess of scientific and technological achievements through digital means.Based on this,the technology trading plat⁃form for transformation of scientific and technological achievements based on"Internet+"is designed in detail,in⁃cluding the design objectives and principles of platform,the overall framework and module division,technical archi⁃tecture and implementation scheme,and it deeply explores the design and implementation of of key functional modules such as user management,project release and management,technology trading and evaluation,and data analysis and decision support,aiming to provide systematic solution for the effective transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
