检测六氟化硫分解组分的气体传感测试方法研究

摘  要:通过对气体绝缘开关设备绝缘介质SF_(6)气体的分解产物进行组成和浓度检测,能有效评估绝缘运行状态。针对SF_(6)分解组分SO_(2)、SO_(2)F_(2)、SOF_(2)检测,提出开展检测SF_(6)分解组分的气体传感测试方法研究。基于镍Ni掺杂ZnO气敏材料制成了旁热式气体传感器,开展了传感器测试电路设计,在此基础上,测试了其对SF_(6)分解组分SO_(2)、SO_(2)F_(2)、SOF_(2)的气敏特性。为SF_(6)气体的分解产物检测提供了一种有效的气体传感测试方案。By detecting the composition and concentration of the decomposition products of SF_(6)gas in the insula⁃tion medium of gas insulated switchgear,the insulation operation status can be effectively evaluated.Aiming at the detection of SF_(6)decomposition components SO_(2),SO_(2)F_(2)and SOF_(2),a gas sensing test method was proposed to de⁃tect SF_(6)decomposition components.A side heating gas sensor was developed based on nickel nickel doped ZnO gas sensing material,and the sensor testing circuit design was carried out.Based on this,the gas sensing characteris⁃tics of the SF_(6)decomposition components SO_(2),SO_(2)F_(2),and SOF_(2)were tested.This has provided an effective gas sensing testing scheme for the detection of decomposition products of SF_(6)gas.
