摘 要:随着社会经济的稳步发展和国民生活质量的持续提升,现有建筑已难以满足公众日益增长的使用需求,因此,对既有建筑进行翻新与扩建的需求日益凸显。高层民用建筑对电气系统的设计与质量提出了极高的要求,直接关系到居住者的日常生活品质。由于高层民用建筑的广阔空间、多元结构及复杂的高度层次,所以,电气系统的规划布局必须充分考量其独特性,以保障电力供应的稳定性与整体安全性为首要目标,确保电力系统的持续稳定运作,从而满足居住者的日常用电需求。With the steady development of social economy and the continuous improvement of the quality of life of the people,the existing buildings have been unable to meet the growing demand of the public,so the demand for renovation and expansion of existing buildings has become increasingly prominent.High-rise civil buildings have extremely high requirements for the design and quality of electrical systems,which is directly related to the quality of daily life of residents.Due to the vast space,diverse structure and complex height hierarchy of high-rise civil buildings,the planning and layout of electrical systems must fully consider their uniqueness,with the primary goal of ensuring the stability and overall safety of the power supply,so as to ensure the continuous and stable opera⁃tion of the power system,and meet the daily electricity needs of the occupants.
