摘  要:在纺织设备领域,传统马头绣花机存在停车位置不准确、操作复杂等问题。为了解决这些问题,探讨了一种新型马头绣花机的结构设计与创新应用。新设计的设备包括马头盆、马头架、绣花机头及驱动装置,创新设计了点动装置和刻度盘以精确控制绣花机头的停车位置。点动装置通过调节轮和齿轮系统,实现了操作过程的简化和停车位置的精确控制;刻度盘通过读数盘和指针显示停车位置,确保操作的准确性。控制件通过控制齿轮啮合与脱离,进一步优化了能耗和操作便捷性。实验结果表明,这种新的结构设计显著提升了生产效率,降低了能耗,具有广阔的市场应用前景。In the field of textile equipment,traditional horsehead embroidery machines have problems such as inac-curate stop positions and complex operation.To solve these problems,this research explores a new structural design and innovative application of the horsehead embroidery machine.The new equipment includes a horsehead basin,horsehead frame,embroidery machine head,and driving device.An innovative jogging device and dial were de-signed to precisely control the stop position of the embroidery machine head.The jogging device simplifies the op-eration process and accurately controls the stop position through an adjusting wheel and gear system;The dial,dis-plays the stop position to ensure operational accuracy through a reading disk and pointer,ensuring the accuracy of the operation.Control components optimize energy consumption and operational convenience by controlling gear engagement and disengagement.Experimental results show that this new structural design significantly improves production efficiency,reduces energy consumption,and has broad market application prospects.
