摘  要:以仪禄高速公路YL-YZ1标路基填筑施工为例,对松铺厚度、行驶速度、碾压遍数、工期等参数进行分析,可知32T压路机在施工中应用更具优势。为此,将32T压路机引入本工程中。通过试验段施工,确定满足路基设计填筑标准的施工参数,结合现场实际情况及试验段施工参数,分别从测量放样、分层填筑、碾压、压实度检测等施工要点,对32T压路机施工工艺进行研究。实践表明,当松铺厚度为40 cm、压路机行驶速度为3 km/h、碾压6遍、含水率控制在13.8%时,32T压路机填筑碾压施工能够取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。Taking YL-YZ1 subgrade filling construction of Yilu Highway as an example,this paper analyzes the parameters such as loose paving thickness,driving speed,rolling passes and construction periodit,and finds that the application of 32T road roller is more advantageous in construction.Therefore,32T road roller is introduced into this project.Through the construction of the experimental section,the construction parameters that meet the design and filling standards of the subgrade are determined.Combined with the actual situation on site and the construc⁃tion parameters of the experimental section,the construction technology of 32T road roller is studied from the con⁃struction points of lofting measurement,layered filling,rolling,compaction degree detection,etc.The practice shows that when the thickness of the loose paving is 40cm,the speed of the roller is 3 km/h,the rolling is 6 times,and the water content is controlled by 13.8%,the filling and rolling construction of 32T road roller can achieve good economic and social benefits.
