摘  要:生产系统优化是煤矿提高生产效率的有效途径之一。为防止矿井北翼地区投入生产后通风能力不足的问题,并同时解决中央水仓清挖淤煤外运效率低下的问题,梧桐庄矿计划实施一条进风联巷,并依托进风联巷对中央水仓净化系统清淤产生的煤饼实现连续运输。经过系统改造后,北翼地区增加风量2000 m^(3)/h,净化系统外运煤饼的效率提高2倍。通过对系统进行优化,可以显著提高矿井系统的稳定性和生产效率。Production system optimization is one of the effective ways to improve production efficiency.In order to prevent the problems of insufficient ventilation capacity in the north wing of the mine when it is put into pro⁃duction,and to solve the problem of low efficiency in removing silt coal from the central sump,the Wutongzhuang Coal Mine plans to implement an air inlet combined tunnel,and rely on the air inlet combined tunnel to realize continuous transportation of the coal cake generated by the dredging of the central water bunker purification sys⁃tem.After the system transformation,the air volume in the northern wing area has increased by 2000 m^(3)/h,and the efficiency of the purification system for transporting coal cakes has doubled.Through optimizing the system,the stability and production efficiency of mine system can be improved remarkably.
