智能图书馆个性化推荐服务系统构建研究

摘　　要：随着大数据和人工智能技术的发展,图书馆逐步由传统借阅型向智能服务型转变。个性化推荐服务是智能图书馆的重要体现,其对提升读者服务质量、引领全民阅读具有重要意义。以福建省清流县图书馆为例,研究人员深入分析了该馆开展个性化推荐服务的必要性,并从数字资源建设、拓展数字资源征集渠道、开发互动式资源探索平台、深化读者需求数据挖掘等方面提出了具体的实现路径。研究表明,清流县图书馆建立由图书馆员、IT技术人员、读者代表等组成的个性化推荐服务团队,持续优化数字资源,创新推荐模型,升级服务系统,为读者提供精准、高效、互动式的个性化服务。With the development of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence technologies,libraries are gradually transi⁃tioning from traditional lending models to intelligent service models.Personalized recommendation service is an im⁃portant manifestation of intelligent libraries,which is of great significance in improving reader service quality and leading national reading.Taking Qingliu County Library in Fujian Province,researchers conducted an in-depth analysis of the necessity of implementing personalized recommendation services,and proposed specific implementa⁃tion approaches from the aspects of digital resource construction,expanding digital resource collection channels,de⁃veloping interactive resource exploration platforms,and deepening reader demand data mining.Research shows that Qingliu County Library has established a personalized recommendation service team consisting of librarians,IT technicians,and reader representatives,continuously optimizing digital resources,innovating recommendation mod⁃els,and upgrading service systems to provide readers with precise,efficient,and interactive personalized services.
