摘  要:高质量发展是“十四五”时期我国经济社会发展的主题,在未来相当长的一段时期煤炭仍将是我国的主体能源,是我国能源安全的压舱石与稳定器。新疆特有的煤炭资源禀赋决定了新疆在国家能源安全的重要战略地位,绿色低碳发展是新疆煤炭煤电煤化工企业实现高质量发展的主要方向。本研究在立足新疆煤炭煤电煤化工产业集群发展现状和新疆区情,根据产业面临的机遇和挑战,结合企业调研,提出推动煤炭企业绿色智能开采,促进煤炭分级分质高效利用、加强现代煤化工延链补链强链、推动煤化工与新能源耦合、促进二氧化碳资源化利用等绿色低碳高质量发展的路径。High-quality development is the theme of China’s economic and social development during the period of the 14th Five-Year Plan,and for the foreseeable future,coal will still remain the main energy source in China,serving as the ballast and stabilizer for national energy security.The unique coal resource endowment of Xinjiang determines its significant strategic position in national energy security while green and low-carbon development is the primary direction for the coal,coal-fired power,and coal chemical enterprises to achieve high-quality development in Xinjiang.Based on the current development status of the coal in Xinjiang,coal-fired power,and coal chemical industry cluster and the specific regional conditions,this study,through industry surveys,proposes development paths given the opportunities and challenges faced by the industry.The proposals include promoting green and intelligent coal mining,enhancing the efficient utilization of coal through grading and quality differentiation,strengthening and extending the industrial chain of modern coal chemistry,advancing the integration of coal chemistry and renewable energy,and facilitating the resource utilization of carbon dioxide and other pathways for green,low-carbon,and high-quality development.
