物流绩效对我国出口贸易潜力的影响——以中、西亚国家为例

摘　　要：物流发展水平对国际贸易发展有着重要影响。以物流绩效指数为切入点,基于2014—2021年的统计数据,通过扩展的贸易引力模型对中、西亚国家的物流绩效水平进行实证分析,并对不同地区国家的贸易潜力进行测算。结果表明:物流绩效水平显著影响我国与中、西亚国家的出口贸易,中低收入国家物流绩效改善对我国贸易的影响大于高收入国家;不同地区的物流绩效及分指标对我国出口贸易潜力的影响存在一定差异,整体来看,中亚国家贸易潜力大于西亚国家。最后基于实证结果提出改善中、西亚国家物流水平的策略和建议,以充分发挥双边贸易潜力。The level of logistics development has an important impact on the development of international trade.Taking the logistics performance index as the pointcut,based on the statistical data from 2014-2021,the logistics performance level of Central Asian and West Asian countries is empirically analyzed through the extended trade gravity model,and the trade potential of countries in different regions is measured.The results show that the level of logistics performance significantly affects China's export trade with Central Asian and West Asian countries,and the impact of improved logistics performance on China's trade is greater in the low-and middle-income group countries than in the high-income group countries.There are some differences in the impact of logistics performance and sub-indicators on China's export trade potential in different regions,and on the whole the trade potential of Central Asian countries is greater than that of West Asian countries.Finally,based on the empirical results,Reasonable strategies and suggestions are put forward to improve the logistics level of Central and West Asian countries in order to fully realize the potential of bilateral trade.
