三方博弈视域下智慧养老信息共享演化策略研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]信息共享是智慧养老中的重要环节,厘清核心主体间基于利益博弈形成的信息共享演化模型,探究主体策略,将为智慧养老工作的有效展开提供客观依据。[方法/过程]分析政府部门、医疗卫生机构和智慧养老消费者三者间的演化博弈关系,给出其演化博弈的动态复制方程,构建SD仿真模型进行仿真模拟,并通过外生变量的初始值,找到其中的关键驱动力。[结果/结论]无论政府部门选择鼓励策略还是放任策略,演化博弈模型都将在(0,1,1)处达到均衡,发现3个关键驱动因素,并据此给出相应启示。[Purpose/significance]Information sharing is an important part of intelligent pension.Clarifying the evolution model of information sharing based on interest game among core subjects and exploring subject strategies will provide objective basis for the effective development of intelligent pension work.[Method/process]This paper analyzed the evolutionary game relationship among government departments,medical and health institutions and intelligent pension consumers,gave the dynamic replication equation of their evolutionary game,built an SD simulation model for simulation,and found the key driving force through the initial value of exogenous variables.[Result/conclusion]Regardless of whether the government chooses the encouragement strategy or the laissez-faire strategy,the evolutionary game model will reach the equilibrium at(0,1,1).Three key driving factors are found and corresponding enlightenments are given accordingly.
