摘　　要：[目的/意义]研究高校图书馆数字学术空间需求及其影响因素,对于推进高校教学创新、学术研究、促进学术成果保存、出版与传播等具有重要意义。[方法/过程]对中国科学技术大学、中国传媒大学、辽宁师范大学和广东财经大学四所不同性质的高校进行问卷调查,分析调查数据。[结果/结论]被调查者对网络数字学术空间的需求最高,随后是本科生写作辅导室、科研项目申请与交流空间,对于各项设备设施、环境氛围、馆员服务的需求都较高。女性对于音视频数字化及编辑处理工作间、学术论文写作、投稿等的需求显著高于男性。硕士生对学术出版与传播咨询中心的需求、本科生对本科生写作辅导的需求都显著较高。提出基于用户画像技术规划空间、加强专业服务团队建设、整合优化服务资源与环境、完善空间服务评估等建议。[Purpose/significance]Study on the demand of digital academic space in university libraries and its influencing factors is of great importance to promote teaching innovation,academic research,preservation of academic achievements,publication and communication.[Method/process]The paper conducted a survey at four different nature universities:University of Science and Technology of China,Communication University of China,Liaoning Normal University and Guangdong University of Finance and Economics,and analyzed the survey data.[Result/conclusion]The respondents have the highest demand for online digital academic space,followed by undergraduate writing tutoring room,scientific research project application and communication space,with high demand for various equipment and facilities,environmental atmosphere and librarian services.The women’s demand for audio and video digitization and editing processing studios,academic paper writing,submission,etc.is significantly higher than those of men.Postgraduate students’demand for academic publishing and communication consulting centers and undergraduate students’demand for undergraduate writing tutoring are both significantly higher.This paper puts forward some measures,including planning space based on user portrait technology,strengthening the construction of professional service teams,integrating and optimizing service resources and environment,and improving space service evaluation.
