摘　　要：[目的/意义]当前,社交媒体平台成为人们沟通和消遣的重要工具,平台中的真实信息和虚假信息交织,用户不能及时获取所需的可靠信息,人工智能生成内容加剧这一现状,全面梳理信息疫情研究现状迫在眉睫。[方法/过程]通过国内外相关文献的调研,总结信息疫情的研究内容与演进趋势,探讨信息疫情的发展态势。运用内容分析法,从信息疫情的概念演变、研究方法、形成机理、治理对策4个维度对国内外研究现状进行综述。[结果/结论]研究表明,国内信息疫情研究还处在起步阶段,国内外信息疫情的研究存在差异,国内信息疫情的形成规律研究深度不够,信息疫情治理研究尚需加强。[Purpose/significance]At present,the social media platform has become an important tool for people to communicate and entertain.The real information and false information in the platform are intertwined,and users cannot obtain the reliable information they need in time,and the content generated by artificial intelligence aggravates this situation.So it is urgent to comprehensively sort out the research status of information epidemic.[Method/process]Through the investigation of relevant literature at home and abroad,the research content and evolution of information epidemic were summarized,and the development trend of information epidemic was discussed.Using the content analysis method,this paper summarized the research status at home and abroad from four dimensions:the concept evolution,research methods,formation mechanism and governance countermeasures of information epidemic.[Result/conclusion]The research shows that domestic information epidemic research is still in its infancy,and there are differences between domestic and foreign information epidemic research.In domestic research,the research on the formation law of domestic information epidemic is not deep enough,and the research on information epidemic governance needs to be strengthened.
