乡村振兴背景下农业新质生产力构成要素研究

摘　　要：农业新质生产力是现代科技生产力在农业领域的集中体现、能实现农村地区更大的价值创造,已成为推动乡村全面振兴的新动能。首先,对农业新质生产力实体性结构要素的农业生产主体、农业生产工具、农业生产对象进行探讨;其次,对农业新质生产力非实体性结构要素的科学技术创新、现代农业生产管理、新型职业农民培育进行了阐述;最后,对作为农业新质生产力自然生产力要素的农村生态环境的优化提出建议:新技术赋能绿色农业生产、系统化扩容生态的承载力、智能化治理环境污染恶化。以上农业新质生产力各形态会共同发挥组合叠加效应,必将促进实现中国式农业现代化。Agricultural new quality productivity is the concentrated embodiment of modern scientific and technological productivity in the agricultural field,can achieve greater value creation in rural areas,and has become a new driving force to promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.First of all,this paper discusses the main body,tools and objects of agricultural production of the substantial structural elements of agricultural new quality productivity.Secondly,it expounds the scientific and technological innovation,modern agricultural production management and the cultivation of new professional farmers of non-substantial structural elements of agricultural new quality productivity.Finally,suggestions for the optimization of rural ecological environment as a factor of agricultural new quality productivity's natural productivity are put forward:new technologies enable green agricultural production,systemically expand ecological carrying capacity,and intelligently control the deterioration of environmental pollution.All the forms of the above agricultural new quality productivity will exert the combination and superposition effect together,and will certainly promote the realization of Chinese-style agricultural modernization.
