摘 要:在“双碳”背景下,电力系统中的能耗问题是各方关注的焦点,而变压器作为电力系统里面的主要能量转换设备,对其运行过程中的损耗研究一直备受专家学者的关注。软磁材料由于能迅速响应外磁场的变化,并且能低损耗地获得高磁感应强度,而被用来制作变压器铁芯。因此,对软磁材料的损耗研究显得尤为重要。之前有很多学者对软磁材料的磁滞损耗和涡流损耗进行了较为全面的研究,并且取得了一定的研究成果,但是对于异常损耗的研究却颇少,大多是通过研究磁滞损耗和涡流损耗来间接研究异常损耗。基于此,文中全面综述了国内外学者对软磁材料异常损耗的研究,并进一步梳理了研究思路,讨论了在未来异常损耗的可能研究方向。Under the background of "double carbon",the energy consumption in the power system is the focus of attention of all parties.As the main energy conversion equipment in the power system,the research on the loss during its operation has been the focus of experts and scholars.Soft magnetic materials are used to make transformer core because they can quickly respond to the changes of external magnetic field and can obtain high magnetic induction intensity with low loss.Therefore,the study on the loss of soft magnetic materials become particularly important.Before,many scholars have conducted comprehensive research on hysteresis loss and eddy current loss of soft magnetic materials,and achieved certain research results.However,there are few researches on excess loss,most of which are indirect researches on abnormal loss by studying hysteresis loss and eddy current loss.Based on this,this paper gives a comprehensive review of the domestic and foreign scholars′ research on excess loss of soft magnetic materials,further sorts out the research ideas,and discusses the possible future research direction of excess loss.
