摘 要:为了研究肱骨外科颈骨折发生的力学机制,文中构建了左臂肱骨有限元模型。当人侧向跌倒时,以手撑地,肱骨外展时轴向撞击骨折,获得了肱骨外科颈骨折形貌,研究了关节力与轴向力对骨折机制的影响。计算结果显示:裂纹从肱骨外侧开始萌生,然后逐渐扩展至内侧,最终完全断裂。肱骨外侧骨折线平整单一,由形似“一根线”的细缝逐渐扩展至内侧,肱骨内侧裂口不规则,被挤压出多块碎骨。关节力对肱骨外科颈骨折影响极小,轴向力增大主要对肱骨内侧产生影响,使内侧裂纹更加复杂,碎块数量增多。肱骨外侧裂纹由张力产生,而内侧裂纹由压力产生。文中研究工作揭示了肱骨外科颈骨折的力学机制,为肱骨外科颈骨折的预防和治疗提供参考数据。In order to study the mechanical mechanism of surgical neck fracture of the humerus,a finite element model of the left arm humerus was constructed in this paper,and the axial impact fracture of the humerus during lateral fall was calculated.The morphology of surgical neck fracture of the humerus and the influence of joint and axial forces on the fracture mechanism were obtained.The results showed that the crack started from the lateral side of the humerus,then gradually extended to the medial side,and finally completely fractured.The lateral humerus fracture line is flat and single,from the shape of "one line" of thin seam gradually extended to the medial side,the medial humerus fracture is irregular,and is extruded out of a number of broken bone.The joint force has little effect on surgical neck fracture of humerus.The increase of axial force mainly affects the medial side of humerus,which makes the medial crack more complex and the number of fragments increase.Lateral humerus cracks are generated by tension,while medial humerus cracks are generated by pressure.This study reveals the mechanical mechanism of surgical neck fracture of the humerus and provides reference data for the prevention and treatment of surgical neck fracture of the humerus.
