信息资源管理背景下档案学学科新范式探讨

摘　　要：“图书情报与档案管理”一级学科更名为“信息资源管理”后,亟须建立档案学学科新范式,支持新一级学科建设和引领新阶段档案学学科发展。文章结合档案学学科归属变更,梳理档案学学科范式演进历程,总结无范式和范式形成阶段的特征,分析学科范式面临的危机以及范式转换的条件与机遇。基于信息资源管理背景下档案学学科中矛盾的普遍性与特殊性,在既有档案学学科范式基础上,以重视社会科学范式特性、坚持中国特色为基本原则,以守正创新为具体要求,构建包括档案学研究范式、档案学理论范式、档案管理范式在内的有结构、有层次、有序的档案学学科新范式,以彰显档案信息资源范式特征,从而支持新常规科学阶段档案学学科创新发展和一级学科融合建设。After the first-level discipline of "Library,Information and Archives Management" was renamed as "Information Resource Management",it is imperative to establish a new paradigm of archival science to support the development of the new first-level discipline and lead the advancement of archival science in the new stage.In combination with the change of archival science discipline affiliation,the paper reviews the evolution process of archival science discipline paradigm,summarizes the features of the stages without paradigm and with paradigm formation,and analyzes the crisis faced by the discipline paradigm as well as the conditions and opportunities for paradigm shift.Based on the universality and specificity of the contradictions in archival science under the background of information resource management,and on the foundation of the existing archival science discipline paradigm,the paper proposes the basic principles of valuing the characteristics of social science paradigm and adhering to Chinese characteristics,and the specific requirements of maintaining integrity and innovation,and constructs a structured,hierarchical and orderly new paradigm of archival science,which includes the research paradigm,the theoretical paradigm and the management paradigm of archival science,in order to demonstrate the features of archival information resource paradigm,and thus support the innovative development of archival science and the integration construction of the first-level discipline in the new conventional science stage.
