摘　　要：面对工期紧张、建筑造型独特、施工工艺复杂等一系列难题,中关村论坛永久会址主会场项目在施工建造阶段引入了BIM+智慧工地技术加强施工现场管控,提升施工管理水平。通过项目管控平台的建立,实现数据快速互联互通,施工现场各类复杂因素的可调可控,做到施工质量的受控与可追溯,在进度、安全、劳务、环境管理等方面,发挥了重要作用。通过具体应用实例的全方位阐述,系统总结了BIM+智慧工地系统在实际项目中的应用情况。Faced with a series of difficulties such as tight construction schedule,unique architectural design,and complex construction technology,the main venue project of the Zhongguancun Forum permanent site has introduced“BIM+smart construction site”technology during the construction phase to strengthen construction site control and improve construction management level.The establishment of a digital project management and control platform has enabled rapid data interconnection,adjustable and controllable control of various complex factors on the construction site,and controlled and traceable construction quality.It has played an important role in progress,safety,labor,environmental management,and other aspects.The article comprehensively elaborates on the application of BIM+smart construction site system in practical projects through specific application examples.
