摘  要:为解决异形曲面装饰空间定位难题,采用测量放线打印机器人结合红外水平仪,形成弧形装饰面智能定位技术。将装饰末端弧形点位图纸输入机器人设备中,测量放线打印机器人自动作业。此方法减少人工放线定位的操作误差,高精度实施放线,放线进度与结果进行数字化管控。通过与红外水平仪结合使用,解决装饰弧形吊顶设备末端定位的难题,机器人连续作业、自动避障、实时校核点位坐标,实现毫米级精准定位,零失误放线打印,提升测量放线的工作精度与效率。In order to solve the problem of spatial positioning of super large curved surfaces,a measurement and layout printing robot combined with an infrared level is used to form an intelligent positioning technology for curved decorative surfaces.Input the curved point drawings of the decorative end into the robot device for automatic measurement,layout,and printing of the robot.This method reduces the operational error of manual positioning,implements high-precision positioning,and digitally controls the progress and results of the positioning process.By combining with an infrared level,the problem of end positioning of decorative curved ceiling equipment is solved.The robot operates continuously,automatically avoids obstacles,and real-time checks the coordinates of points,achieving millimeter level precise positioning and zero error line printing,improving the accuracy and efficiency of measurement and line laying.
