摘　　要：中关村论坛永久会址主会场项目屋面呈不规则曲面造型,由景观种植屋面和金属屋面组成,其中金属屋面位于屋面外围大悬挑区域,坡度为20%~60%,面积约6 000 mm,由1 980块尺寸造型各不相同的25 mm厚蜂窝铝板组成,施工中采用参数化设计,降低铝板排版加工难度,通过优化龙骨支撑体系,有效提高了龙骨体系与双曲铝板的适配性,创新应用可调节支座体系,解决自由曲面对应曲线龙骨实现难度大、安装效率低的难题。装配式自由曲面屋面单元板块、标准化加工、模块化安装,实现与泛光和检修装置的高度集成,大幅提高了工效,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。The main venue of the Zhongguancun Forum has an irregular curved roof design,which is composed of a landscape planting roof and metal roof.The metal roof is located in the large cantilevered areas around the perimeter of the roof,with a slope of 20%to 60%,covering an area of about 6000 square meters.It is made up of 1980 aluminum honeycomb panels different sizes and shapes,each 25 millimeters thick.During construction,parametric design was used to reduce the complexity of aluminum panel arrangement and processing,optimizing the rib support system,the compatibility between the rib system and the double-curved aluminum panels was effectively improved.An innovative adjustable support system was applied to solve difficulties of realizing the corresponding curve ribs for freeform surfaces and the low installation efficiency.The prefabricated freeform surface roof unit panels,standardized processing,and installation achieved high integration with the floodlighting and maintenance facilities,significantly improving work efficiency and achieving good economic and social benefits.
