新型结构诱导缝在曲面混凝土墙中的应用

摘  要:为满足建筑使用功能的需求,超长结构地下室越来越多,根据《混凝土设计规范》“地下室现浇墙壁等类结构伸缩缝最大间距室内为30 m,露天为20 m。常见作法是对混凝土浇筑采用后浇带(预加应力措施)分段施工,减少混凝土温度变化或收缩”。目前地下室都远超规范所规定的长度,仅设置后浇带,难以保证地下室不开裂。通过在外墙上设置温度诱导缝,引导结构在诱导缝处开裂,起到释放诱导缝间混凝土温度应力的作用,确保地下室墙体不开裂。In order to meet the demand of building function,more and more super-long structure basements,according to the code for design of concrete,the maximum distance between expansion joints of cast-in-place basement walls and other structures is 30 m in the room and 20 m in the open air.The common practice is to use the post-cast band(pre-stressed measures)of the concrete construction by stages,to reduce the concrete temperature changes or shrinkage.At present,the length of the basement is far beyond the standard,and it is difficult to ensure that the basement does not crack with only the post-pouring belt.By setting the temperature induced crack on the side wall of the basement,the structure will crack at the induced crack,which can release the temperature stress of the concrete between the induced cracks and ensure that the basement wall will not crack.
