摘  要:以中关村论坛永久主会址弧形清水混凝土施工为研究对象,其清水混凝土下沉庭院为超长及不规则双曲表面变截面挡土墙。为达到清水混凝土施工一次成优的效果,采用数字化模板施工管理,参数化模板分块深化,利用三维扫描形成预留钢筋点云模型,对现场预留钢筋位置进行细微调整,对拉螺栓安装位置准确,达到对清水模板禅缝的要求,整体施工质量较好。同时,提高了清水混凝土施工效率,减少了误差和返工,为项目的顺利实施提供了较好的支持。The study focuses on the construction of curved plain concrete at the permanent main venue of the Zhongguancun Forum.The sunken courtyard of the plain concrete is a super long and irregular hyperbolic surface variable cross-section retaining wall.In order to achieve the effect of one-time optimization in the construction of plain concrete,digital template construction management is adopted,parameterized templates are divided into blocks for deepening,and a three-dimensional scanning is used to form a reserved steel bar point cloud model.The position of the reserved steel bars on site is finely adjusted,and the installation position of the tension bolts is accurate,meeting the design requirements for the sealing of plain concrete templates.The overall construction quality is excellent.At the same time,it has improved the efficiency of plain concrete construction,reduced errors and rework,and provided good support for the smooth implementation of the project.
