摘　　要：针对北京中关村论坛永久会址项目装饰工程工期短、多专业交叉作业、多异形曲面的特点,研发干挂木饰面墙面钢骨架系统全装配式施工技术、异形曲面大板块GRG单元模块装配施工技术、复杂曲面异形装饰电梯门套一体化成型结构及其装配施工技术,通过数字化深化设计、工厂化预制加工、装配化现场安装,提高施工质量和效率,取得了较好的效益。In response to the problems of the short construction period,multi-discipline cross-operation and multi-special-shaped surface in the decoration engineering of the permanent site of Beijing Zhongguancun Forum,the fully assembled construction technology of the dry-hung wood veneer wall steel skeleton system,the assembly construction technology of the GRG unit module of the special-shaped curved large plate,and the integrated forming structure of the complex curved special-shaped decorative elevator door cover and its assembly construction technology are proposed.By innovating digital deepening design technology,factory prefabricated processing technology,and assembly installation technology,the construction quality and installation efficiency of the have been improved,and good benefits have been achieved.
