摘　　要：为解决中关村论坛项目基坑与旧结构交叉施工的问题,提出了局部降水拆除旧结构,再回填土方形成地下连续墙工作面,待地下连续墙闭合后拆除剩余结构的施工方法。针对土方回填技术难题开展了室内试验,并提出掺入比为7%水泥土回填方案。为便于后期拆除垃圾回收利用,故专门设置渣土马道。其研究结果表明,该方法安全可行,充分利用了施工面,满足了项目工期要求。To solve the problem of cross construction between the foundation pit and the old structure of the Zhongguancun Forum project,a construction method was proposed,which involves local dewatering to demolish the old structure,backfilling with soil to form an underground continuous wall working face,and dismantling the remaining structure after the underground continuous wall is closed.Indoor experiments were conducted to address the technical challenges of earthwork backfilling,and a 7%cement soil backfilling scheme was proposed.In order to facilitate the dismantling and recycling of garbage,a dedicated debris road has been set up.The research results indicate that this method is safe and feasible,fully utilizes the construction surface,and meets the project schedule requirements.
