摘 要:针对复杂深基坑桩基施工,提出一种新旧工程桩基综合处理方法。该方法将原建筑旧桩和新建筑新桩分别建立三维模型,合模分析确定发生冲突的位置。锁定旧桩模型,结合现场探测数据,在模型中对新桩位置进行动态调整。从模型中导出带标注的图纸反馈设计单位,同步进行设计受力验证,提高工作效率。最后在施工现场,根据新桩模型导出的定位坐标,进行新桩的打桩施工。结果表明,此方法有利于避免在施工过程中,因发现新旧桩冲突而导致的工程延误问题,提高施工效率。A comprehensive treatment method for new and old engineering pile foundations is proposed for complex deep foundation pit pile foundation construction.This method establishes 3D models of the original building old piles and the new building new piles respectively,and analyzes the collision location through joint modeling.Lock the old pile model and dynamically adjust the position of the new pile in the model based on on-site detection data.Export annotated drawings from the model and provide feedback to the design unit for synchronous design force verification to improve work efficiency.Finally,at the construction site,based on the positioning coordinates derived from the new pile model,the new pile driving construction will be carried out.The results indicate that this method is beneficial in avoiding project delays caused by discovering conflicts between new and old piles during the construction process,and improving construction efficiency.
