摘　　要：围绕项目上应用的线阵列音箱扁平线缆在施工中被其他结构件阻挡无法垂直安装的问题,经过重新设计、实验、测试、施工完成的过程进行了详细说明。施工中采用了安装导向轮拉紧的方法经过几次修改角度及方向达到与天花开孔垂直的目的,单条扁平线缆最多增加了3个导向轮来实现。最终通过探索解决了无法垂直安装的问题,取得了保障施工进度和后期交付的重大任务。This article focuses on the problem of the flat cable of the line array speaker applied in the project being blocked by other structural components during construction and unable to be installed vertically.Through the process of redesign,experimentation,testing,and construction completion,a detailed explanation is provided.During construction,the method of installing guide wheel tension springs was adopted,and after several modifications to the angle and direction,the goal was achieved to be perpendicular to the ceiling opening.A single flat cable was added with up to 3 guide wheels to achieve this.The problem of inability to install vertically was ultimately solved through exploration,achieving the significant task of ensuring construction progress and later delivery.
