摘 要:在大型钢结构预埋件施工中,常见的型钢双夹板预埋连接节点经常出现碰撞,严重影响施工效率。基于此类问题,结合工程实际,提出肋条式钢板–混凝土锚固节点,该节点操作简单,可以在钢筋绑扎完成后施工,可以实现钢结构施工与钢筋施工互不干扰。为了验证该连接节点的可靠性,根据不同钢板锚固深度、不同肋条间距、不同肋条直径进行拉拔对比试验。试验结果表明:在常规混凝土构造配筋情况下,带肋钢板埋入深度超过500 mm时,锚固力可达到与钢板等强,带肋钢板锚固节点连接安全可靠。In the construction of reinforcement and reconstruction,the conventional steel plate concrete connection joints often collide,which seriously affects the construction efficiency.Based on these problems,combined with the engineering practice,this paper puts forward the ribbed steel plate concrete anchor joint.The joint has simple operability and can be constructed after the reinforcement binding is completed.The joint can realize that the steel structure construction and reinforcement construction do not interfere with each other.In order to verify the reliability of the rib connection according to different rib diameter and rib connection distance.The test results show that when the embedded depth of ribbed steel plate exceeds 500mm,the anchoring force can reach the same strength as that of steel plate,and the connection of ribbed steel plate anchorage joint is safe and reliable.
