大运河沧州段减河的作用分析及保护途径

摘　　要：减河是大运河上重要的防洪工程,减河治理具有悠久历史渊源。当前,减河上相应的工程设备亟待完善,减河文化宣传力度仍需加大。重建、修缮陈旧的水利设施设备,加固硬化堤顶路、护坡,加强减河的防洪泄洪作用,系统挖掘减河文化、开发文旅路线,可为大运河文化带建设及大运河国家文化公园建设提供具体支持。The Jianhe River is an important flood control project on the Grand Canal,and its management has a long historical origin.The corresponding engineering facilities on the Jianhe River urgently need improvement,and the promotion of Jianhe culture still needs to be strengthened.Therefore,rebuilding and renovating outdated hydraulic facilities,reinforcing and hardening the top of the embankment roads and slopes,enhancing the flood control and drainage capabilities of Jianhe River,and systematically exploring Jianhe culture while developing cultural tourism routes can provide technical references for the construction of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt and national cultural parks.
