辽东大湾区海域打造国家蓝色粮仓战略整合构想

摘　　要：中国是一个有着14亿多人口的大国,解决好吃饭问题、保障粮食安全,要树立大食物观,既向陆地要食物,也向海洋要食物,耕海牧渔,建设海上牧场、“蓝色粮仓”。通过践行大海洋观,打造海域粮仓,提升饭碗中的食物质量。辽东大湾区海域拥有打造国家“蓝色粮仓”的优势地理位置、战略位置和资源储量,新时代蓄势待发,势在必行。文章通过系统分析辽东大湾区“蓝色粮仓”建设的时代背景和基本态势,解释建设“蓝色粮仓”存在的问题,对辽东大湾区深入推进“蓝色粮仓”提出对策建议。China,a populous nation with over 1.4 billion people,must adopt a comprehensive strategy for food security,encompassing both land-based and sea-based food sources.By engaging in marine farming,herding,and fishing,we aim to develop Marine Ranching and build a“blue granary.”By embracing the oceanographic perspective and constructing sea granaries,we can enhance the quality of food supplies.The Liaodong Greater Bay Area,with its advantageous geographical location,strategic position,and abundant resources,is poised to become a national blue granary,a vital preparation for the new era.This paper systematically analyzes the historical background and current situation of blue granary construction in the Liaodong Greater Bay Area,identifies the challenges faced,and proposes countermeasures and recommendations for further promoting the development of the blue granary in this region.
