摘  要:针对碳纤维连接结构强度问题,建立了碳纤维层合板三钉双搭接结构的有限元模型,基于Hashin准则分析了连接结构在拉伸过程中的渐进损伤。分析结果表明:连接结构在拉伸过程中,层合板首先在第一个螺栓处发生损伤,随着损伤加剧,钉载重新分配,最后层合板在第一个螺栓处断裂,在另外两个螺栓处发生局部挤压损伤。基于有限元模型分析了不同金属材料板与碳纤维层合板连接的钉载分配以及连接结构中螺栓间距对钉载分配的影响,当所连接的金属板刚度越大,钉载越不均匀,当连接结构中螺栓间距越大,钉载也越不均匀。研究结果为提高复合材料多钉连接结构的挤压强度设计提供了依据。In order to solve the strength problem of carbon fiber laminate joint,the finite element model for three bolts double lap joint of carbon fiber laminate is established,and the progressive damage of the joint in the tension are analyzed in terms of the Hashin criterion.The analysis results show that in the tension,the laminate damage occurs firstly at the first bolt,and as the damage worsens,the blot load is redistributed.Finally,the laminate breaks at the first bolt,and the other two bolts suffer from local extrusion damage.Based on the finite element model,the distribution of bolt load in the connection between the various metal plates and the carbon fiber laminates,and the impact of spacing among bolts in the joint on the distribution of bolt load are analyzed.The blot load becomes more unequal as the rigidity of the linked metal plate increases.When the spacing among bolts is increased,the blot load becomes more unequal.The findings in the study may be used to improve the extrusion strength design of a composite multi-blot joint.
