摘 要:钢丝软轴摩擦力矩计算公式的研究在国内外文献中存在空白。为了得到钢丝软轴在不同弯曲状态下进行转动的摩擦力矩计算公式,首先运用理论推导得到所需公式,再通过实验分析计算出公式的重要参数,然后结合模拟退火优化算法,使公式中的参数得到优化。通过模拟退火算法对公式的参数进行修改,得到经过优化后的不同角度下的钢丝软轴所对应摩擦力矩公式。采用优化后的公式进行计算,总体误差为2.831%,与原有的总体误差7.143%相比降低了4.312%,同时计算结果表明优化后的公式对计算角度一定条件下不同轴径的软轴弯曲转动摩擦力矩同样具有适用性。There is a blank in the domestic and foreign literatures on the research on the calculation formula of the friction torque of the steel wire flexible shaft.In order to obtain the calculation formula of the friction moment of the wire flexible shaft under different bending states,the theoretical derivation to obtain the required formula is firstly used.Through experimental analysis,the important parameters in the formula are calculated,and then combining with the simulated annealing optimization algorithm,the parameters in the formula are optimized.The parameters in the formula are modified by using the simulated annealing algorithm,and the optimized friction torque formula corresponding to the wire flexible shaft at different angles is obtained.Using the optimized formula for calculation,the overall error is 2.831%,which is 4.312%lower than the original overall error of 7.143%.At the same time,the calculation results show that the optimized formula is also applicable to the bending rotational friction moment generated by flexible shafts with different shaft diameters under a certain angle.
