针灸结合药棒穴位按摩对脑瘫伴语言障碍患儿语言与智力变化的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究针灸、药棒穴位按摩联合治疗对脑瘫伴语言障碍患儿语言、智力水平的影响。方法 纳入2023年1月—2024年4月河南中医药大学第一附属医院90例脑瘫伴语言障碍患儿试验,采用随机数字表法,分为对照组和观察组,对照组(n=45)给予针灸治疗,观察组(n=45)则采取口腔药棒穴位按摩与针灸联合治疗,比较两组临床疗效、语言功能、智力水平等变化。结果 治疗后,观察组总有效率为88.89%,与对照组(71.11%)相比明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Gesell发育量表评分比较,观察组适应能力、粗大动作、精细动作、言语能力以及社交能力评分均高于治疗前,且高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组语言理解与表达水平评分均较治疗前提高,且高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 经治疗后,患儿临床疗效、语言功能、大脑功能状况明显改善,智力水平有所提高。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion and acupoint massage with medicinal stick on the language and intelligence level of children with cerebral palsy and language disorder.Methods Totally 90 cases of children with cerebral palsy accompanied by language disorder in our hospital from Jan.2023 to April 2024 were included in the trial.They were divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots.The control group(n=45)was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group(n=45)was treated with oral medicine stick point massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.The changes in clinical efficacy,speech function,intelligence level,etc.of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 88.89%,which was significantly improved compared to that of the control group(71.11%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparing the scores of two Gesell developmental scales,the observation group showed higher scores in adaptability,gross motor skills,fine motor skills,speech ability,and social ability than that before treatment,and higher than taht of the control group(P<0.05);The language comprehension and expression level scores of the observation group improved compared to that before treatment,and were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After treatment,the clinical efficacy,language function,and brain function of the patient have significantly improved,and their intelligence level has also increased.
