小儿热速清糖浆联合头孢羟氨苄治疗儿童上呼吸道感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的考察小儿热速清糖浆联合头孢羟氨苄片治疗儿童上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年8月河南大学第一附属医院入院治疗的上呼吸道感染儿童108例。以随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组和治疗组,每组54例。对照组在饭前1 h或饭后2 h口服头孢羟氨苄片,20 mg/kg,2次/d;治疗组患儿在对照组基础上口服小儿热速清糖浆,1岁≤年龄≤3岁患儿5~10 mL/次、3岁<年龄≤6岁患儿10~15 mL/次,3次/d。两组患儿连续治疗14 d。比较两组临床疗效、症状改善时间、血清炎症因子。结果对比对照组总有效率72.22%,治疗组的总有效率85.18%更高(P<0.05);治疗组患儿发热、咳嗽、流涕、咽痛改善时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均显著降低(P<0.05),治疗组血清TNF-α、IL-4、hs-CRP水平均显著降低明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿热速清糖浆联合头孢羟氨苄片治疗儿童上呼吸道感染可提高临床疗效,缩短病程,可能是通过降低机体炎症反应实现的。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaoer Resuqing Syrup combined with Cefoxalexin Tablets in treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods Total of 108 children with upper respiratory tract infection admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected,and were divided into control group and treatment group(54 cases in each group)according to random number table method.Children in the control group were po administered with Cefoperazone Tablets 20 mg/kg,twice daily,1 h before or 2 h after meals.On the basis of the control group,children in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaoer Resuqing Syrup,5—10 mL/time for children at the age of 1—3 years and 10—15 mL/time for children at the age of 3—6 years,3 times daily.Two groups of children were treated continuously for 14 d.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,and serum inflammatory factors were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate was 85.18%in the treatment group,and 72.22%in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement times of fever,cough,runny nose,sore throat in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-4,and hs-CRP in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xiaoer Resuqing Syrup and Cefoxalexin Tablets in treatment of upper respiratory tract infections in children can improve clinical efficacy and shorten the course of the disease,possibly by reducing the body's inflammatory response.
