补中益气丸联合替勃龙治疗更年期综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨补中益气丸联合替勃龙治疗更年期综合征的临床有效性。方法选取2021年6月—2023年5月在北京核工业医院治疗的更年期综合征患者102例,根据治疗方案的差异将患者分成对照组和治疗组,每组各51例。对照组患者口服替勃龙片,2.5 mg/次,1次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上口服补中益气丸,6 g/次,2次/d。两组患者均进行3个月的治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者Kupperman评分、更年期生活质量评分量表(MRS)和匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分,性激素雌二醇(E_(2))、促黄体生成素(LH)和促卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平,及血清促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组临床总有效率分别为82.35%和96.08%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者改良Kupperman评分、MRS评分和PSQI评分均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组评分指标下降程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者E_(2)和β-EP水平均比治疗前明显升高,而LH、FSH、GnRH和TNF-α水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组患者性激素和炎性因子水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补中益气丸联合替勃龙治疗更年期综合征疗效显著,不仅能够显著改善患者更年期症状、睡眠质量和生活质量,同时还能够促进性激素水平和血清学指标的恢复。Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of Buzhong Yiqi Pills and tibolone in treatment of menopausal syndrome.Methods Patients(102 cases)with menopausal syndrome in Beijing Nuclear Industry Hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were divided into control and treatment group based on different treatments,and each group had 51 cases.Patients in the control group were po administered with Tibolone Tablets,2.5 mg/time,once daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Buzhong Yiqi Pills,6 g/time,twice daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months.After treatment,the clinical evaluations were evaluated,the scores of modified Kupperman,MRS and PSQI,the levels of sex hormone E_(2),LH and FSH,and the levels of serum GnRH,β-EP and TNF-αin two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rates in the control group and the treatment group were 82.35%and 96.08%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the modified Kupperman score,MRS score and PSQI score were significantly reduced in two groups(P<0.05),and the decline of scores in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of E_(2) andβ-EP in two groups were significantly higher than before treatment,while the levels of LH,FSH,GnRH and TNF-αwere significantly lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of sex hormones and inflammatory factors in treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Buzhong Yiqi Pills and tibolone has a significant therapeutic effect on menopausal syndrome,which can not only significantly improve menopausal symptoms,sleep quality,and quality of life,but also promote the recovery of sex hormone levels and serological indicators.
