摘  要:针对冬季低温环境中沥青面层开裂的现象,研究以废弃轮胎制成的橡胶颗粒代替部分细集料,利用橡胶粉的弹性回弹性改善混合料内部空隙结构,同时引入高强度、耐腐蚀、密度低的碳纤维毡进一步提升沥青混合料的抗裂能力,采用复合阻裂技术,提高混合料自身承载能力、增强结构密实度。文章采用低温小梁试验、沥青间接拉伸开裂试验(理想试验)对制得的沥青混合料进行低温抗裂性能分析;采用车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验、四点弯曲疲劳寿命试验进行路用性能分析。结果表明:将碳纤维与沥青充分拌合,均匀分散于沥青混合料中,形成空间网络包络体,对沥青混合料性能改善具有较为显著的作用,可提高沥青混合料的路用性能,减少道路反射裂缝,提高路面的抗裂性能。Aiming at the phenomenon of asphalt surface cracking in the low temperature environment in winter,the rubber particles made of waste tires are used to replace some of the fine aggregates,and the elastic resilience properties of rubber powder are used to improve the internal void structure of the mixture.At the same time,high-strength,corrosion-resistant,low-density carbon fiber felt is introduced to further improve the crack resistance of the asphalt mixture,and composite crack resistance technology is adopted to improve its own load-bearing capacity and enhance structural density.The article uses low-temperature beam test and asphalt indirect tensile cracking test(IDEAL-CT)to conduct low-temperature cracking analysis of the prepared asphalt mixture.And the road performance is analyzed by rutting test,water-immersed Marshall test,four-point bending fatigue life and other tests.Research shows that fully mixing carbon fiber with asphalt and evenly dispersing it in the asphalt mixture forms a spatial network envelope,which has a significant effect on improving the performance of the asphalt mixture.It can improve the road performance of asphalt mixture,reduce the occurrence of road reflective cracks,and improve the crack resistance of the road surface.
